Can I upload Mary Kay product information?
Yes — you can upload your own product data (names, SKUs, etc.) for internal use. However, PinkSync provides only a blank template and sample placeholders (e.g., “cleanser,” “lipstick”) to help you set up your inventory. You are responsible for uploading your own Mary Kay product details to remain compliant with company policy.
Who is this for?
This platform is created for Independent Beauty Consultants and Sales Directors who want a more organized, professional, and branded way to manage their business and client systems. This platform can also be used by others in the beauty industry.
Can my clients access this site?
No — your site is designed for internal consultant use only. It is not viewable to the public and should not be shared as a retail shopping link.
How is this different from a regular website?
A Beauty Branded Site is part of your behind-the-scenes business system — not your public marketing page. Think of it as your personalized digital command center for your Mary Kay business, with your own brand colors, organization tools, and client management options.
Can this integrate with Stripe or invoicing tools?
Yes! If you invoice or collect payments privately (not through an online “storefront”), your site can connect with tools like Stripe for manual invoicing — keeping you compliant and professional.
What if I already have a Personal Website?
Perfect! Your Beauty Branded Site complements that — it doesn’t replace or compete with it. Your personal website remains your public storefront, while this becomes your private back office.
Can I refer other consultants?
Yes! When you refer another consultant who becomes a PinkSync client, you’ll receive a 10% referral credit toward your next month or setup fee.
How do I get started?
Schedule your setup session or claim your Beauty Branded Site today through the PinkSync onboarding form. You’ll receive your branded template, setup guide, and walkthrough video.
Will I have backend access to my Beauty Branded site?
To maintain compliance and protect proprietary data, backend access is limited to a small number of administrator seats. Most consultants manage their inventory and updates through the Wix Owner App, which gives them simple mobile control without design access.
What if I’m no longer an active consultant?
Beauty Branded by PinkSync™ websites are licensed for use by active Independent Beauty Consultants and Sales Directors only. Because each site operates within the managed PinkSync hosting and system framework, continued access requires an active consultant status and a current maintenance or hosting plan.
If your consultant status changes, one of the following options will apply:

Conversion Option – You may request a rebrand or conversion of your website into a personal, professional, or lifestyle site. All company–specific content, images, and product references will be removed or replaced. A one-time conversion and redesign fee will apply.

Deactivation Option – If you choose not to convert, the site and connected tools will be deactivated at the end of your current billing cycle to maintain brand and policy compliance.

Ownership & Release – All Beauty Branded layouts, templates, and systems remain the intellectual property of PinkSync. Clients retain rights to their written content, images, and custom domain names. Upon deactivation or conversion, PinkSync is released from all future liability, maintenance, or data management for the site.
This policy ensures compliance with Mary Kay® Independent Contractor guidelines while protecting the integrity of the Beauty Branded by PinkSync™ system.
