If You Cancel

  • Stay Hosted With Us: You keep your site; maintenance stops at the end of your paid month.

  • Transfer Out: We’ll package the site per platform capabilities and transfer to your account (one-time transfer/setup fee).

  • Liability Release: Upon cancellation/transfer, we’re released from future content, compliance, and maintenance responsibility.

FAQs

How do I submit updates?

Submit all update requests through your Client Portal form. Your included hours will be applied to any light content swaps, image replacements, and simple refinements that fit within your Beauty Branded Care Plan.
Any request outside your plan’s included scope—such as new pages, redesigns, inventory restructuring, custom graphics, advanced automations, or new functionality—will require an add-on or hourly billing. You’ll receive a clear quote before any work is started.

Can I pause my plan?

You may pause your usage, but billing continues.
Your website, hosting, system files, and data remain active behind the scenes, so monthly Care Plan fees cannot be paused, prorated, or refunded. This ensures your site stays secure, updated, and fully functional at all times.

What’s included each month?

Your plan includes the number of monthly update hours listed on this page. These hours may be used for:

  • Light content changes

  • Product swaps

  • Photo updates

  • Price adjustments

  • Basic layout refinements

  • Simple automations (within time allotment)

  • Inventory tweaks (small-scale)

  • Minor brand or style adjustments

All work must fit within your plan’s included time.

What’s not included?

Beauty Branded Care Plans do not include:

  • Full website redesigns

  • New custom pages

  • SEO strategy or keyword research

  • Full-scale inventory setup or data entry

  • Blog writing beyond your included plan

  • Product photography

  • Complex automations or multi-step funnels

  • Full rebrands or advanced design work

  • Paid apps, third-party subscriptions, or integrations

  • Large restructuring of page layouts

  • Inventory imports above your included scope

These items are available as add-ons or hourly services.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. Unused hours do not roll over, accumulate, or transfer. This keeps our schedule consistent and ensures fair turnaround times for all Beauty Branded clients.

How does billing work?

Your Care Plan renews every 30 days from your activation date.
All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-prorated in accordance with your Services Agreement.

Can I switch plans?

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

​

How do I cancel?

Submit cancellation at least 10 days before your next renewal.
Cancellations take effect at the next cycle and are not prorated.

​

Do you handle full inventory uploads?

Basic inventory adjustments may be included within your plan’s hours.
Larger inventory uploads or reorganizations (75/200/350 items) are available as paid add-ons and priced according to Exhibit A.

Is blog support included?

Blog support is not included in monthly care hours unless specifically stated.
Additional blog posts or monthly blog packs may be purchased through your Blog Support add-ons.

Do you provide graphic design as part of my plan?

Small graphics swaps (replacing an existing image) can be completed within your included hours.
Custom graphics, Canva templates, banners, and branded visuals must be purchased via the Custom Graphics Pack or billed at your hourly rate.

Can I request a full page revamp or new content section?

Yes—these are available as add-ons or hourly services.
Because these changes exceed monthly plan time, they’ll be quoted before work begins.

​

Do you offer rush or same-day updates?

Rush updates are available for an additional fee.
This ensures your request receives priority scheduling ahead of standard Care Plan submissions.

​

Does Beauty Branded handle my emails or notifications?

Email Identity Setup may be purchased as an add-on, but ongoing email troubleshooting, deliverability issues, and inbox support are not included and remain the responsibility of your email provider.

​

Do you help with events or booking flows?

Yes—event graphics, event pages, and booking workflow customization are available as paid add-ons.
These items are not included in standard Care Plan hours.

​

Can I pause my Care Plan or turn it on and off as needed?

Care Plans support ongoing system maintenance. Short-term enrollment or rotating service on and off is not permitted. Canceling your Care Plan forfeits access to all system tools. Reinstatement is subject to approval and may require a new activation fee at current rates.
