If You Cancel

You keep your site and hosting. Maintenance stops at the end of your paid month. Post-cancellation changes are billed ad-hoc.

FAQs

How do I submit updates?

All update requests are submitted through your Client Portal form. Included updates are completed according to your Studio Care plan (Essential, Brand, or Executive). Requests that fall outside your included scope—such as new pages, redesigns, advanced automations, event setups, or graphic creation—will require an add-on or additional hourly billing. If a request falls outside your plan, we’ll let you know before any changes are made.

Can I pause my plan?

You can pause your usage at any time, but billing continues so your website, hosting, files, updates, and system integrity remain protected. Studio Care plans cannot be paused, prorated, or refunded since your site remains active and maintained behind the scenes even when you’re not actively submitting updates.

What’s included each month?

Each plan includes the dedicated update hours listed on the page (Essential = 1 hour, Brand = 2.5 hours, Executive = 5 hours). Included updates cover light content swaps, basic adjustments, image replacements, and small refinements that fit within your monthly time allotment.

What’s not included?

Studio Care plans do not include new custom pages, brand-new copywriting, full redesigns, complex integrations, paid apps, photography, major structural changes, event systems, or advanced automations unless purchased as add-ons. Anything estimated to exceed your included monthly hours will be quoted before work begins.

What if I have a big update or need something outside my plan?

No problem! Larger updates, new features, and more complex changes are available through add-ons or hourly billing. You’ll receive a clear cost before anything is done.

What if I don’t use my full hours for the month?

Unused hours do not roll over, expire at the end of each billing cycle, and cannot be transferred or credited.

How do billing and renewals work?

Your Studio Care plan renews automatically every 30 days from your activation date. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Can I switch plans?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades go into effect at the next renewal.

Is hosting included?

Studio Care covers content updates and site maintenance, but hosting is billed separately by Wix.

Can I cancel my plan?

You may cancel with written notice at least 30 days before your renewal. Because your system remains active and maintained throughout your cycle, cancellations take effect at the next billing period.

Do you help with SEO?

Your Studio Care plan covers basic SEO refinements (titles, descriptions, simple adjustments). Full SEO audits, keyword strategy, and optimized blog posts are available as add-ons.

Can I get priority or same-day updates?

If you need same-day or rush updates, priority scheduling is available for an additional fee. This ensures your request is moved to the front of the queue.

Can I pause my Care Plan or turn it on and off as needed?

Care Plans support ongoing system maintenance. Short-term enrollment or rotating service on and off is not permitted. Canceling your Care Plan forfeits access to all system tools. Reinstatement is subject to approval and may require a new activation fee at current rates.
