FAQs
How do I submit updates?
All updates are submitted through your Director Portal form. Included updates are completed according to your PinkSync Care Plan (Leadership, Momentum, or Executive).
Requests that fall outside of your plan’s included scope—such as advanced automations, new pages, event setups, redesigns, or custom workflows—will require an add-on or hourly billing. If your request is outside scope, you’ll receive a quote before any work begins.
Can I pause my plan?
You can pause your usage at any time, but billing continues so your Director Hub, files, hosting, and system stability remain protected.
Care plans cannot be paused, prorated, or refunded. This ensures your system stays secure and ready for use at any time.
What’s included each month?
Each plan includes the dedicated update hours listed for your plan level.
You can use these hours for:

These can be purchased as add-ons or billed hourly.
What if I have a big update or request outside my plan?
You can request larger updates at any time. They will be quoted as either:

A fixed-price add-on, or
-
Hourly billing at $150/hour
You’ll always approve the cost before work begins.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, cannot be banked, and cannot be credited or transferred.
This keeps scheduling fair for all Directors and ensures turnaround times remain consistent.
How does billing work?
Your PinkSync Care Plan bills automatically every 30 days from your activation date.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
Can I change plans?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
Downgrade requests take effect at the next billing cycle.
How do I cancel my plan?
Submit a cancellation request at least 10 days before your renewal date.
Cancellations take effect at the next billing period (billing is not prorated).
Do you help with recognition each month?
Yes—within your included hours.
If recognition requires additional formatting, graphics, reports, or monthly build-outs beyond your plan’s size, you’ll receive a quote before work is started.
Do you offer rush or same-day updates?
Yes—rush updates are available for an additional priority fee.
This ensures your request is moved to the front of the queue.
Is unit data secure?
Yes—your data is stored securely within the PinkSync environment.
We do not share or disclose any unit information.
Does my plan include Director coaching or team training?
No. Coaching, team onboarding, or training sessions are not included in Care Plans.
These are available as paid add-ons or individual training sessions.
Do you manage messages, chat, or unit communication for me?
No. PinkSync maintains your tools and dashboards, but unit communication remains your responsibility.
Can I request help with events?
Yes—event pages, graphics, workflows, and registration setups are available as paid add-ons.
These are not included in care hours because event builds typically exceed plan time.
What if I need more hours one month?
You can purchase additional hours anytime at $150/hour, or upgrade to a higher care plan.
Can I pause my Care Plan or turn it on and off as needed?
Care Plans support ongoing system maintenance. Short-term enrollment or rotating service on and off is not permitted. Canceling your Care Plan forfeits access to all system tools. Reinstatement is subject to approval and may require a new activation fee at current rates.
