My name is Mindy and I love all things marketing! My passion for helping small business owners have a killer strategy to share their story is my specialty. Adding in the design and social media management - I get to use my analytical skills (BA in Accounting & Finance) and creative skills (design websites and graphics for 7+ years) and I'm a happy-balanced entrepreneur!

In my spare time I love going to the beach and soaking up the rays, reading, writing and journaling, thrifting and my newest hobby is camping!

I also lead a Dance Ministry at my church that not only ministers to the congregation and the dance team, but we also have this ministry open to the community. We work with non-profits in the area as another layer of healing that can take place.

The Sterling Rose has a special meaning for me. Being the romantic at heart that I am, I first saw this version of a rose in the 1996 movie, Bed of Roses with Christian Slater and Mary Stuart Masterson and fell in love with this different type of rose, and the movie.
Being that this is the only thorn-less rose that exists - and that I could not stop thinking about the uniqueness of this rose, we decided to use this beautiful, one of a kind rose in our wedding.

Fast forward 22 years later, as I'm thinking of a name for my business, I remember the uniqueness of the sterling rose and the sentimental value of it. The uniqueness being with my bold, somewhat outgoing personality, I thought this would be a good fit.
​
What my team and I bring to the table to help you is 20+ years of sales, 10 years of marketing/design and 9 years of owning a business and coaching hundreds of sales reps and business owners. Mindy coaches her clients with B2B and B2C as well as coaching on personal branding strategy.

Having had to "bootstrap" her way to build her businesses, Mindy has learned a lot! Mindy does hold a social media certification and love the challenge of growing a channel, analyzing the statistics and assist her clients to have the most professional, polished and professional brand from paper to print to people.
